urging the governor of the state of Arizona to mobilize the national guard to the border.

To the Governor of the State of Arizona:

Your memorialist respectfully represents:

Whereas, unrestrained illegal entry into this country is a significant threat to the public health, welfare and safety of this state; and

Whereas, the need for a military presence at the border of this state has increased.

Wherefore your memorialist, the House of Representatives of the State of      Arizona, the Senate concurring, prays:

1. That the Governor of the State of Arizona mobilize the national guard to the border of this state.

2. That the Secretary of State transmit a copy of this Memorial to the Governor of the State of Arizona.
