Page 1, after line 12, insert:
"c. Not less than ninety days before the department uses a new groundwater model for any purpose WITHIN an active management area, the director shall post on the department's website any assumptions anticipated to be included in the modeling and shall invite public comment. on the expiration of the posting period, the Director shall hold a public meeting to receive additional comments on the assumptions and shall post on the department's website all comments received and responses from the Department. the director shall include a statement with each COMMENT that INDICATES if the comments resulted in an addition, modification, revision or deletion of the assumption."
