14. If the on-site wastewater treatment facility is a standard septic system, the date the septic tank was last pumped: __(date)__ □ unknown.
Notice to buyer: septic systems are lawful.
Cesspools are UNLAWFUL.
A person may not use a cesspool for sewage disposal."
