Between lines 32 and 33, insert:
"13. Two representatives from organizations that represent patient health. One member shall be appointed by the president of the senate and one member shall be appointed by the governor.
14. One representative from an organization in this state that provides comprehensive clinical laboratory testing in urban and rural areas of Arizona and is knowledgeable regarding the clinical laboratory workforce in Arizona appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives."
