After line 33, insert:
"C. Notwithstanding subsection A or B of this section, this section does not prohibit a reseller or secondary ticket exchange from offering a service to a purchaser to obtain a ticket on behalf of the purchaser at any point in time, provided that the reseller or secondary ticket exchange does not market or list such services as a ticket and clearly and conspicuously discloses that such service is not a ticket."
