1. use an international call center or data center for processing an individual's personal INFORMATION.
2. gain direct access to any personal medical, financial or government benefits login, username or password information.
3. guarantee, either directly or indirectly, a successful outcome or that any individual is guaranteed to receive specific veterans' benefits or any specific level, percentage or amount of veterans' benefits."
