Line 7, strike "three times in a calendar year"; strike "a school an" insert "a school"
Line 8, strike "handled or served outside of the school's regular food"
Line 9, strike "service to students packaged or heated" insert "handled or served outside of the school's regular food service to students"
Between lines 13 and 14, insert:
"b. A county may not require a person who volunteers three or fewer times in a calendar year at an activity or function where food is being packaged or heated to obtain a food handler certificate or identification card or participate in a food handler certificate training course pursuant to section 11-269.12 if the person is overseen by a certified food protection manager or person in charge."
