Makes grammatical and spelling corrections.

History

A.R.S. § 3-730 states that eggs or egg products prepared, packed, stored, delivered for shipment, delivered for sale, loaded, shipped, transported or sold in violation of regulation of eggs and egg products, together with their cases, cartons or containers, are declared a public nuisance, and the eggs or egg products must be held by the person in possession and must not be moved from the place where held, except upon written permission or specified direction of the Director of the Arizona Department of Agriculture.

Legislative Council staff prepares an annual report on defects in the Arizona Revised Statutes and State Constitution. The report lists statutory sections that require technical and conforming corrections. The report recommends grammatical and spelling corrections in A.R.S. § 3-730.
