Overview
Repeals the Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners (Board).
History
The Board examines, licenses and regulates homeopathic physicians and medical assistants. The Board consists of two public members and five professional members licensed to practice homeopathic and integrated medicine, each appointed by the governor to serve three-year terms and no more than three consecutive terms. Responsibilities of the board include: 1) conducting examinations for and issuing licenses; 2) enforcing standards of practice; 3) collecting and accounting for fees and depositing the earned monies in the appropriate fund; and 4) maintaining records of all licenses and actions taken on a license (A.R.S. §§ 32-2902, 32-2904).
Laws 2020, Chapter 29 continued the Board for 8 years, and the Board is set to terminate on July 1, 2028 (A.R.S. § 41-3028.14).

3. Directs Legislative Council staff to prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes. (Sec. 4)
