amending section 35-494, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to state bond contracts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 35-494, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
35-494. Contracts as long-term obligations
Contracts for employing registrars and paying agents made pursuant to this article are deemed to be long-term obligations within the meaning of article IX, sections 18 and 19, Constitution of Arizona.
