amending title 1, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 2; relating to sustainable development.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 1, chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 2, to read:
ARTICLE 2. UNITED NATIONS SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT GOALS PROHIBITED
1-411. United Nations sustainable development goals; prohibition
This state and each political subdivision of this state may not spend public monies to adopt, implement or enforce the goals adopted in 2015 by the member states of the United Nations as the 2030 agenda for sustainable development.
