amending title 36, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 36-116; relating to the department of health services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 36, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 36-116, to read:

START_STATUTE36-116. Pandemic influenza response plan; updates; legislative review

The department shall update this state's pandemic influenza response plan at least every two years.  The department shall submit the updated plan to the health and human services committees of the senate and the house of representatives, or their successor committees, for review.END_STATUTE
