AN ACT

appropriating monies to the DEPARTMENT of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of water resources; Colorado River Compact of 1922

The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of water resources to defend, protect and enforce this state's allocation of Colorado River water under the Colorado River Compact of 1922.
