HOUSE BILL 2385

An Act

appropriating monies to the department of economic security for the produce incentive program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; produce incentive program; exemption

A. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of economic security to implement the produce incentive program established pursuant to section 46-231, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
