AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Somerton bridge replacement project

The sum of $1,300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to distribute to the city of Somerton for the bridge replacement project on Somerton Avenue between West County 10th Street and West County 11th Street.
