AN ACT
amending title 44, chapter 11, arizona revised statutes, by adding article 26; relating to real estate.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 44, chapter 11, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 26, to read:
ARTICLE 26. REAL ESTATE
44-1797.98. Real estate website; advertising; opt out and opt in options
A real estate website that uses the multiple listing service shall provide a homeowner an option to opt out of and to opt in to having the homeowner's property advertised on the real estate website.
