SENATE BILL 1010

An Act

appropriating monies to the state department of corrections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; state department of corrections; corrections officers pay increase

The sum of $103,300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the state department of corrections for the following purposes:

1. A salary increase of twenty percent for correctional officers employed by the department.

2. A salary increase of ten percent for all other department employees.
