appropriating monies to the Arizona criminal justice commission, the department of economic security and the department of public safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.1. Appropriations; Arizona criminal justice commission; department of economic security; department of public safety; services for victims of crime

The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the following agencies to backfill funding for services that were paid for with monies received by this state from the VOCA fix to sustain the crime victims fund act of 2021 (P.L. 117-27):

1. $2,250,000 to the Arizona criminal justice commission.

2. $9,100,000 to the department of economic security.

3. $9,300,000 to the department of public safety.
