SENATE BILL 1162

AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Supplemental appropriation; department of transportation; town of Patagonia; highway project; use

In addition to the use prescribed in Laws 2023, chapter 135, section 10, subsection A, paragraph 10, as amended by Laws 2024, chapter 211, section 1, the town of Patagonia may use the monies distributed to the town by the department of transportation to reconstruct McKeown Avenue between Third Avenue West and State Route 82.
