AN ACT

Amending section 36-2907.13, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the Arizona HEALTH care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 36-2907.13, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE36-2907.13. Arizona health care cost containment system; teledentistry; annual report

A. In addition to services provided pursuant to section 36-2907, subsection A, paragraph 7, the Arizona health care cost containment system administration shall implement teledentistry services for enrolled members who are under twenty-one years of age.

B. On or before December 31 of each year, the director shall submit a report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives on the total number of enrolled members who are under twenty-one years of age who received teledentistry services in the preceding year.  The director shall provide a copy of the report to the secretary of state.
