An Act
amending title 41, chapter 49, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-4902; relating to state agencies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Heading change
The chapter heading of title 41, chapter 49, Arizona Revised Statutes, is changed from "FEDERAL MONIES" to "FEDERAL MONIES AND FEDERAL RULE IMPLEMENTATION".
Sec. 2. Title 41, chapter 49, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-4902, to read:
41-4902. Agencies; guidance; interpretations; directives; rules
Each agency in this state shall:
1. submit guidance, interpretations and DIRECTIVES from any federal agency regarding the implementation of any federal agency rules that provide guidance to this state to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the chairperson of the senate government committee, or its successor committee, and the chairperson of the house of representatives government committee, OR ITS SUCCESSOR COMMITTEE, within thirty days after RECEIPT of any guidance, interpretations or directives.
2. post any guidance, interpretations and directives pursuant to this section on the agency's website.
