Overview

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state General Fund to Gila County for blight removal.

History

Urban blight is marked by deteriorating and abandoned homes and buildings, as well as vacant lots with trash, high weeds and grass and abandoned or vandalized cars (Urban Blight).

Provisions

1.   Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state General Fund to ADOA to disperse to Gila County for blight removal. (Sec. 1)
