amending section 49-552, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to air quality.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 49-552, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
49-552. Enforcement on city, town, county, school district or special district property
A city, town, or county, school district or special district shall prohibit the parking of vehicles which that fail to comply with section 49-542 in an employee parking lot under its jurisdiction within area A or area B as defined in section 49-541.
