AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; department of transportation; capital projects; Snowflake
The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Snowflake for the following capital projects:
1. $525,000 to add two left turn lanes on State Route 77, widen the intersection and replace traffic signals at Snowflake Boulevard.
2. $550,000 to extend West 7th South Street from the intersection of State Route 77 to East 2nd South Street.
3. $450,000 for drainage improvements and sidewalks at the intersection of Rodeo Road and State Route 77.
4. $625,000 to add sidewalks and widen West 7th South Street between South 4th West Street and South 7th West Street.
5. $530,000 to replace aged galvanized potable water lines.
