AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; department of transportation; Show Low road expansions

The following amounts are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Show Low for the following road expansions:

1. $5,000,000 for the Wilford Road expansion.

2. $5,000,000 for the Woodside Trail and White Mountain Lake Road expansion.
