appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 303

The sum of $9,200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to design a new traffic interchange and connecting arterial roadways at State Route 303 and 155th Avenue.
