AN ACT

APPROPRIATING MONIES TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE MANAGEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; Arizona department of forestry and fire management; Fry fire district; fire contingency program; wildland firefighting

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Arizona department of forestry and fire management to distribute to the Fry fire district for a fire contingency program and wildland firefighting.
