AN ACT
Amending title 41, chapter 23, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-2505; relating to procurement.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 23, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-2505, to read:
41-2505. Nongovernmental organizations; state contracts; report
Nongovernmental organizations in this state that have been awarded state contracts and that operate near this state's international border shall submit quarterly financial reports to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives that include both of the following:
1. A detailed breakdown of all the sources of funding of the Nongovernmental organization, including any private, federal and state monies.
2. A detailed account of all expenditures relating to the state contract that was awarded to the nonGOVERNMENTAL organization.
