AN ACT
amending title 41, chapter 4, article 1, arizona revised statutes, by adding section 41-710.03; relating to state employees remote work.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-710.03, to read:
41-710.03. State employees; remote work; prohibition; exception
A. A full-time employee of this state may not work remotely. supervisors may allow employees who are sick to work remotely.
B. Each state agency shall require a full-time employee to perform the employee's assigned duties at the state agency's office during the employee's REGULARLY SCHEDULED work hours. A full-time employee whose duties require the employee to perform any site visits or inspections or provide services at a location other than the state agency's office is exempt from this subsection if the employee is performing the employee's duties at the location of the site visit or inspection or the location where the employee is providing services during the employee's regularly SCHEDULED work hours.
