SENATE BILL 1521

AN ACT

providing a penalty for the town of Wellton for excess expenditures.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Town of Wellton; penalty for exceeding expenditure limitation

Notwithstanding section 41-1279.07, subsections H and I, Arizona Revised Statutes, the penalty for excess expenditures of local revenues by the town of Wellton for fiscal year 2022-2023 is $100.

Sec. 2. Retroactivity

This act applies retroactively to from and after June 30, 2022.
